Scope of processing
This website is purely informational. There is no contact form, no registration, no newsletter and no advertising or analytics tools. No usage behaviour is analysed.
Server log files
When you open the site, your browser transmits technically necessary data which the host stores in log files: IP address, date and time, the address requested, the volume of data transferred, browser type and operating system. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; the legitimate interest lies in the technically sound and secure operation of the website. The data is deleted after seven days at the latest and is not combined with other data.
Hosting
The website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM — Neue Medien Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany. A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place.
Fonts and external content
The Signika typeface is served from this server. There is no connection to Google Fonts or any other content delivery network. Audio files are likewise hosted here. External links (for example to IMDb, ARD, RTL+, Spotify) open only after you click them; from that point the privacy policy of the respective provider applies.
Language selection
The site is offered in German and English. To serve the appropriate version, the language preference your browser sends anyway (Accept-Language) is evaluated when you open the site. It is used solely for that decision and is not stored. If you choose a language yourself using the DE/EN switch, that choice is recorded in a cookie named “tp_lang” so the site remembers it on later visits. The cookie contains nothing but the code “de” or “en”, is valid for one year and is technically necessary for the operation of the site; no consent is required for it under § 25(2) TDDDG. You can delete it in your browser at any time. No other cookies are set.
Getting in touch
If you write to me by email or call, I process your details solely in order to handle your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR. The data is deleted once the enquiry has been dealt with, unless retention periods apply.
Your rights
You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21). Please write to the address above. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, for example the Berlin Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information.
